"The Color Was Nothing Like I Expected"
I ordered this cap because the photos made it look like a really nice deep teal, and I already had an outfit in mind for it. I was actually looking forward to it showing up, but when I opened the package, I just kind of paused because the color was way brighter than expected.
Instead of that darker teal from the site, it looked more like a bright blue-green in person. I know colors can look a little different depending on your screen, but this felt like a totally different shade. Even the stitching didn’t match what I thought I was getting from the product photos.
I thought about returning it, but going through the whole return process felt like more trouble than it was worth, so I ended up keeping it. It’s wearable, but I’m disappointed, and I’d be hesitant to order again if the colors are going to be that far off.

I was surprised by how tight this hat was?! It sits really weird on my head and doesn’t fit anything like my other hats. Definitely not what I expected.

I really wanted to like this hat because it looked fine when I got it, but wearing it was a different story. It felt stiff and tight on my head, and even after trying it a few times, it never really loosened up. Every time I wore it for more than a short while, I started getting a headache. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t comfortable for me.

"Nice look, but I’m not totally sold"
The style is nice and it definitely looks good at first glance, but the site feels a little too busy for me. There’s so much going on that I kept wondering if I was missing something important or being steered into clicking the wrong thing. Maybe I’m just cautious, but I don’t like feeling like I could be fooled while browsing.

"Sizing totally messed up my plans"
I ordered a hoodie and two shirts from getyourhooey.com in my usual size because I needed them for a weekend trip I had planned. I even checked the size chart first, so I figured I was good, but the hoodie was tight in the arms and both shirts fit like they were a whole size smaller.
it was really frustrating because I had outfits planned around them and ended up having to scramble last minute. Returning everything didn’t feel worth it after shipping, so now I’m stuck with stuff I probably won’t wear. Definitely not ordering clothes from there again.

"Box showed up smashed"
So my order showed up in a smashed-up box, and the item inside wasn’t packed well at all. There was no padding or anything, like it was just thrown in there. The packaging felt cheap and was already half open when it arrived. For the price, I really expected it to at least look new when it got to me. Definitely frustrating, and I don’t think I’ll order again

I was all set to place my order, but the shipping cost stopped me instantly. It was so high that it made the whole purchase feel not even remotely worth it. I have no problem paying for shipping when it makes sense, but this was definitely way too much for what I was buying

The prices felt a bit unfair to me. I don’t mind paying more when it feels worth it, but this just didn’t. If it stays like this, I’ll probably start looking somewhere else instead.

The site looks decent enough, like nothing crazy, but using it on my phone was more annoying than I expected. I was sitting on my couch trying to check sizes, and the menus felt kind of slow, like they needed a second to wake up. Finding the size options took way more taps than it should have, and I kept backing out by accident. Not terrible, but definitely not the smoothest shopping experience

I placed my order and the tracking was all over the place. The link barely updated, then it just sat on the same location for days, days, so I had no idea if it had even shipped or what was going on. I kept checking it thinking maybe there’d be something new, but nope, still no clear info. Super annoying for such a simple order and definitely not what I expected.

Checkout was just okay, honestly. The payment part took way longer than it should’ve, which was annoying. Not a total disaster, but kind of a dumb hassle.

"Exchange process was a total headache"
I ordered a hat and the fit was off, so I figured I’d just exchange it. The site made it look like it would be quick and easy, but that was misleading.

I ended up emailing back and forth, waiting days for replies, and still couldn’t get a clear answer on where my exchange stood. Having to chase them for basic updates was ridiculous.
By the time everything finally got sorted out, I was so annoyed I didn’t even really want the hat anymore. I probably won’t order again unless they seriously improve the exchange process.

I’ve bought from this brand before and usually I’m loyal to them, so I really wanted to be happy with this. But for what I paid, it felt overpriced. The quality was fine, not terrible, but not as good as I expected from them either. I kept trying to justify it because I normally like the brand, but I don’t think I’d buy this again unless it was marked down a lot...

I just tried to return my order the whole thing left a bad taste. The steps weren’t very clear, and I had to sit around waiting way too long for support to get back to me.
